Hey as you can see in my sig i have almost the exact setup (bbk O/r and 40 flows) you want to do on my 94 gt. It is loud, sounds gurgly at idle and is pretty aggressive at WOT, on highway at arounf 76mph there is the deep classic flowmaster drone. I am in MI so i dont have emissions checks so thats why i went O/r instead of cats. I still think it would sound sweet with some hi flow cats just not quite as agressive. I say go off road and if you think its too much just weld in a pair of cats... in know pypes performance has some nice Mini (7in) cats that are hi flow and you can get around 56$ each
