Default casting numbers and interchangability

firstoff, ive got myself a 351 windsor that im rebuilding. The original cylinder heads had a couple of sunken valves and they both ended up being cracked, so im looking around for some other ones. the factory ones have a casting number of E7TE and i know theyre from a truck engine in the 80s, but ive found some that i think are from 1970. they are from a 302 and the casting numbers are D70E or possibly D7OE. Ive checked them out and all the coolant passages are the same. the only difference i can tell is that the ones from a 302 have a bigger combustion chamber. im almost positive they are interchangable, but id rather have someone on here confirm it. . also if anyone knows any good links to any good sites to translate ford casting numbers or also any sites that explain which parts are interchangable between the 289/302/351w. thanks a lot.

351W uses larger diameter head bolts.

I would take them to a machine shop and ask them. I haven't done this myself.
