convertible problem

RE: convertible problem
If the motor's running, you more than likely have a hydraulic problem. Pull out the back seat bottom (grab the front of it and pull up) and see if there is any hydraulic fluid running out from underneath the seat back. You may have a broken line. Or, the pump may have taken a dump on you. You're going to have to do a little digging. If there's nothing under the seat, take out the rear seat back to access the mechanism. There is a bolt in each lower corner of the seat back, kind of up underneath the cushion. Take those two bolts out and pull down on the cushion. It will come right out. All of the workings for the top are right there.
