I have a PA/CB setup in my car for two reasons. Half my friends ar into off roading so they have CBsand we all use the CBs to communicate with eachother, they are way more convientient than cell phones. Also the PA is an *** load of fun. I couldn't fita huge horn under my car so mine is only audible forparking lots, stopsigns and slow streets. If you wantto go the CB route, i used cbwalcott.com. tell me if you find a loud and small horn.

It's only illegal if it's audible from like 50 yards away on the freeway (in cali), and if you can find a horn like that that can fit on a mustang tell me.
