Easiest way. Spin tire one revolution, count how many times the driveshaft turns.

Examples....... 3 1/4 turns=3.27`s
3 1/2 turns= 3.55`s
3 3/4 turns= 3.73`s etc........

You might need helpers to spin both tires equally. Your differential will throw off the number otherwise. It's doin' a one wheel peal!
Each of you mark a tire

You might try turning the driveshaft with both rear tires off the ground. They should spin fairly equally unless you have a dragging brake or bad bearing.
