Electrical Issue - Help Needed!
I needsome helpwith my 19 year old daughters 99 Mustang 4.6l . Manual transmission.I'm hoping you'll help me figure her problem out. Her's what she's got going on:
1. The right turn signals work, however, most of the time the dash/radio lights blink on and off in cadence with the blinker.
2. Left front turn signal will sometimes flash very slowly or not at all. Left rear works.
3. When she uses her brake the dash lights will sometimes all go out when the brake pedal is pushed.
4. Hazard lights (i.e., four way flashers) don't work at all.
5. Her cruise control stopped working around this same time. Not sure if it's a coincidence or related.
I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

#2 doesn't seem possible.. all corners of the turn lights are controled by the same blinker relay under the dash in the fusebox. The left front blinker can't blink "slower" than the left rear. But if you say that corner blinks intermittently, then that's probably the area of your trouble.
As for the hazards not working along with the cruise control, the common issue there is the steering column & it's wiring. One of the connectors might have been popped loose. Get a flashlight under there & look around a bit
