Default Gas leak

The other day i smelled gas when i parked my car. when i look under it i saw that it was leaking around were the filler tube slides into the tank. I didnt realy have a chance to look at it much and was wondering if anyone knew if the filler tube could be removed to replace the seal or if i would have to drop the tank??? any info would help. Thanks guys[sm=thanx.gif]

I changed the Gas filter on my Contour, its really easy and was just plastic lines or rubber. maybe they just lose and you need to push them closer to the feeder.
