Default low rpm bogging

Hello,
I have a 2007 Mustng GT and have to date installed a C&L cold air intake, brenspeed SCT tuner and 91octane tune, and just last Friday I had 4:10's installed to replace my stock 3:31's. Even with the new stuff, I still have very bad low rpm power. Once it winds up, it is like a rocket, but until then it is really doggy.
Can anyone help me here please? Do I need to call brenspeed and get a new tune?
Should I forget the tune completely and get a super chip?
Do I need to get it to a shop and hook up a dyno?
I would really like to get my low rpm's working like the muscle car that it should be.

Thank you in advance for your help,
Casper

Is the car auto or standard tranny? If its auto & low end power is important to you stick a stall converter in it

Yes it is an auto tranny. Is that the only way to snap up the lower rpm range? I did write back to brenspeed and hopefully they will be able to help me a little before I do the converter switch.
Thank you for your help and advise. Oh, by the way, is this something pretty much normal in the new drive by wire V8 GT's
