RE: advice 4 puttin new top on
I knew a guy that tried it on his, and he was handy with everything, took him 3 days. I let a professional put mine on, 700 for parts, 400 for labor, I still think I got a good deal.

Really depends what kind of money you want to spend.. I personally put my own on my 96.. never did a fox , but how much different could it be? I enjoy learning how to do things on my own.. but thats just me.. plus.. I saved at least 700 in the process. Yeah.. it took me 5 evenings at 2-3 hrs a nite, but the experience was worth every minute.

Man my local shops want 1200-1800 to buy the parts install.I call them back a day or so later and tell them I have a kit, just need it installed and it comes out to about 700-1100 between their labor and my supplied parts. Someone is getting PAID when they do it ALL for you!
