Default Spark

I thought I have a problem starting the car but after more research. I think that the problem is that I am not getting spark from the spark plugs. I have a new distributer and new plugs. All wires are connected. Any ideas?

I tested the coil to see if I was getting power with the key in the on position. I am getting power but the wire from the ignition to the positive post doesn't move at all when I test it to see if it is getting power. Not sure what the next step is from here.

Default Problems Starting I6

I think that I have tried everything to get my 66 I6 started. The engine turns but does start. It has a new distributer, new distributer cap and a new coil. I am not getting a spark at all. I am not sure what I am missing.
