I've had an interesting experience with RMP Outlet.com. They are great when it comes to items in stock. But, heaven forbid if you happen to order an item which turns out to be on backorder or if you request a return/refund.

Just curious if anyone else has had troubles with RPM Outlet.com.... Or am I the only unlucky one?


RPM Outlet earns a Thumbs Down from this guy.

I've had it both ways. Ordering and getting my product has always been on time. But if I have a problem with one of there products or it's not in stock, I rarely get a responce and have never recieved a call from them. I bought some anthicite rims for my stang and the clear coat stared coming off on 2 of the 4 rims after 5 months. I only used water and soap to clean them. I sent them a email on what they would do about it and they said they'de forward it to someone and to this day, no one has still called me back. That was a year ago. They give a discount to this forum which is great(thanks), but there's more than buying/selling a product to running a business. This sucks because they usually hands down have the best prices and no shipping charges.

I had a good experience when I ordered from them 2 different times. But I see alot of people complain about there service so now I'm scared to use them. If anyone will get screwed it will be me

I bought an adjustable fuel pressure regulator that leaked from the day i got it... Haven't gotten around to trying to do anything about it though so i can't say anything about their service... Part qualitly isn't looking too good thus far

I bought an Accufab elbow and T/B from RPM Outlet as well as a set of Bassani headers and X-Pipe.Both orders arrived in a timely fashion in good condition.The prices were the best and free shipping was a plus also.Returns could be another story though.
