Trying to put aftermarket head unit in dash - stock wires aren't helping

There is a black wire between the blue and green wire

How are 6 wires going to go into 4 (or 6 speakers) for that matter?

It looks to me like there is an amlifier behind the dash somewhere - any ideas?

 

May wanna throw a post in the audio/visual forum as well; those guys know their stuff!

 

First you need to by-pass that amp. Most car audio places carry the adaptor to by pass that.

 

jus find your hot wires and do away with amp and run new speaker wires also .

 

So there is an amplifier?
