window tint legal in illinois????

hey i heard that window tint is not allowed in illinois for the front windows anyone that lives in illinois know if this is true??

That's true, no tint at all on any of the front windows.

im sure the cop would understand...but i think they can technicaly give you a ticket

but thats right, no tint on the front windows or windshield....but every other window is 100% fare game
