T5 bolts to a 4.6 right?

I know this is probably a dumb question, but I will ask it anyways. I have a T5 that I bought from Summit awhile back. I now have found a new Mark VIII DOHC 4.6 V8. Will this trans bolt up to this engine?

No, the 4.6 block has a different bolt pattern. You can get an 4r70w or a t45 to bolt up to it or a tremec 3650.
