Im sure they will take care of this but I ordered my timing adjuster from them and recieved it yesterday, today I open the package and the box felt a little light, open it up, sure enough the box was empty.

I had a problem with them but I guess it wasnt as serious as yours.
I ordered an Adjustable FPR and it was on backorder for like 5 months...
Then I call back like on the fifth month to complain once more.
And they say the guy that was handling my crap got fired or left or something.
So it never came

 

well the funny thing is the box had a shipping weight of 1 pound on it.

Damn that's funny but I know you don't think it is, sorry, but can't help but laughing about it! Did the package arrived sealed like it left Steeda or do you think somebody opened it up after it left them and took it out??? I'm sure they will ask this question too so be prepared with your answer. That really does suck big time, but it's still funny too!

That's the funniest crap I've heard in a long time.

If you paid with a credit card, now is the time to do a charge back.

 

SUMMIT did this to me with a fuel gauge i ordered.The fitting to "T" it in came but no gauge so i called and they sent me one.

You may get as lucky you never know.
