Default pulley puller

I am switching my 14lb pulley to the stock 3.33" pulley on my vortech s trim. I have heard that checker/autozone will let you use their puller for free. Does anyone know if this is true or should I order my own?

I've rented tools from autozone before.
You'll need to leave them a deposit (usually it'sthe cost of the tool) you'll get your deposit back once you've returned the tool, or that's how it works at the autozone near me.

what i did was just take a torch to the pulley to make it expand then just pull it off by hand. That what you dont mangle the ribs on the pulley

no its not hard at all. basicly it has teeth that hold ont the outside of the pulley then a long bolt that presses on the shaft, as you turn the bolt it presses on the shaft and pulls on the pulley and off it comes. As for belt legnth you probably will need a longer belt, it should just be the stock legnth belt so it shouldnt be too hard finding one

I found one on the classified section that fits 3.33" pulley and 6.75 inch crank pulley. Would that be the right one? it is only 30obo so I am guessing that isa pretty good deal.
