My 97' Cobra won't idle, however if running and you unplug the tps and let engine run for 15-30 seconds with the tps unplugged it will run fine until engine is shut off. Once it is re-started it is back to rough idle. Before anyone mentions these possibilities I will list what I have done. Changed fuel filter, new tps, new iac valvecleaned maf & iat sensors. I have checked for vacumn and exhaust leaks. Any ideas what this could be? It had not thrown any codes until I unplugged tps. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

did you properly set the output voltage of the new TPS with the throttle closed to about .98 volts when you installed it??
