I recently had my altenator go out in my 2003 V6. As the first trouble signs showed up, the ABS and Taction lights both came on. After we replaced the altenator, both the lights have remained on.

We've had the battery disconnected and hooked back up, as well as checked all the fuses which are ok. Before we take it in somewhere, I wanted to see if anybody had some other suggestions as to why the lights are staying on, and/or how to possibly do something ourselves to turn them off.

I have an 03 auto vert and after a huge rainstorm my abs and trac control light came on also. I dislike both and have not worried about them. If you find problem pm me so I will know.
