Default fuel pressure problem!

My car is only running at around 30 psi of fuel pressure...if you can get it started. The fuel pressure is supposed to hold at 35 psi when the key is cycled and hold for five minutes. Mine builds fuel pressure but immeditly looses it in the rail, thus the car does not want to start. I have changed the fuel pump, and the fuel pressure regulator. Still no help, i am thinking i have a problem in the rail, or with the injectors. I have a fuel pressure guage installed that reads the pressure on the rail, so i know my info is accurate. Does anyone know why my car wont hold fuel pressure when cycleing the key? This is driving me crazy. I dont smell gas in the car, so i dont think ive got a leaky injector, but im unsure. Any help is soooooo apreciated. I have had this car looked at like a dozen times, and i havnt really been able to drive it in over a year.

I forgot to mention, once you get the car started, all seems OK, but its still a little sluggish

Default RE: fuel pressure problem!

There must be a check valve in the fuel pump that is allowing the pressure to fall.
