OK I have an auto and have was reading the previous thread. I have a question about stall convertors. I am not really sure how they work and what they do and am not sure if i want to get one for my daily driver. Am i correct in thinking that, when sitting at a red light, you step on the gas and it revs up to say 2800 then kicks into gear and you go, or will the car start moveing like normal and at 2800 you get all of the toque then??? Can someone please school me on this. Thanks in advance for all replys..
