I always cringe when people think it's okay to cut the springs...At least you asked! Don't cut the springs.
1) They have a specific compression rate they are rated/designed for. Cut them and you throw it out the window
2) It will screw up your alignment and ride/handling really bad
3) You will look like an old-school ricer with your body bouncing wildly as you go over bumps

If you pull the isolators, you could cause damage to your other suspension parts (Control Arms) those isolators take a beating.
My only suggestions are
A) Get a set of adjustable shocks like KYB that allow you to adjust the ride heigth.
B) Find a pair of lowering springs for the front that are lower than what you have in the back (i.e. rear is 1" front then is 1.25 or 1.5")
C) Go to Pep Boys and get a pair of shock spring clamps. Two clamps per side that basically go between the spring coils and can adjust the rear, up to increase the ride heigth. It will stiffen the rear up in the process too.

Those are my suggestions in order of preference.
