best bet is to piece it together or else it's going to be $1,300.

I'm getting H/C/I for $300 and can get ford parts at cost.

depends on what you want. if you want porting, stronger valves and cams, VT engines has the best swap packages. if you just want to bolt on stock PI's for a good 35-40 rwhp gain, go Acer's route.

and yea, you'll pick up some power.
