oil won't drain?!

RE: oil won't drain?!
Oil presurre fluctates. Have you ever had a real oil pressure gauge? The factory ones on today's cars don't count.
I have driven several cars with real gauges. The porscha I drove on a regular basis had two guages. The oil pressure and a Druck press. One guage would go up one would go down. At idle the oil pressure guage will drop down and the Druck will go up. Under hard acceleration the two would switch.
Oil pressure dropping is not uncommon and occurs on every car out there. At idle the need for oil is less and the pressure needed to supply the oil is there.
But if the pressure really drops to a dangerous level like almost none then you have an issue.

that's OK fordguy17, you weren't born knowing how to work on your car! suggest you buy a good quality repair manual on Mustangs and read up on things before you attempt to do any more maintenance on yours so you don't really do some damage next time!
