My passenger seat will only sit up in one of two positions...But one of those it wont lock into and falls back. Scares the crap outta my wife and she wont ride in it. So, I am thinking it is the recliner assembly that I need. Has anyone had this problem with their seats not reclining properly? What did you do? Heres a pic of what I think it is that needs to be replaced.

 

alot of foxes do this. mine has done it before but not usually. it will just click back once though. you might be able to go to a junk yard and find one that works a little better or see if you can find something from ebay or someone around you off craigslist or something.
