If you plan to install it yourself summit racingis one of my favorite sites for performance parts. They have a few options for stall converters.

What trans? I just got a Red Neck for a customers c-4 and I have only good things to say about it. I got a friend that runs a Edge converter in his AOD and he loves it also. I have a TCI in the wifes car and it has been ok for the last 3 years.

If I wre you I would go big or go home with stall converters. Personally I will be gettin a 3800 stall. Its just not worth it to go only 2500. IMO.

3800 is way too high for a street car.

why go a torque converter at all if your not going to drag race it? If its your DD then I wouldnt get a TC IMO its just a waste of money and gas. But if you want and it is ur DD then yes go someting small like 2500 stall but Do u really want to spend money on very little performance?
