Gas just jumped from 3.00 to 3.07 overnight, luckily my stang gets 28-30 if I drive it easy, but it is just so slow

Gas went from 3.04 on sunday to 3.45 yesterday.......prices haven't dropped around here in months. All I can say is my zx3 focus gets 30-33mpg on mixed driving and I'm very thankful for that. My expedition doesn't get driven unless the roads are stacked high with snow or I need to pull a trailer......can't afford to keep driving it when the best fuel mileage it gets is 13-14 on everyday driving. Haven't had the mustang long enough to even burn a tankfull of gas in it yet. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best......it's only a v-6 so it should do alright.

Here's my answer to high gas prices:

That's a decal I made and put on the back glass of the focus....you'd be surprised how many people comment on it.

That gas decal is awesome, you could probably make money selling those things
