Super quick uber noob question!
On the 99-04's does the parking brake only stop the back brakes or is it both? I'm jacking up the rear end to do the 7.5-8.8 swap and I need to take off the brake, and I have the wheels chocked, but I want to make sure it's not going to start moving when I release the parking brake! Thanks
Yea parking brake only affects the rear wheels. Personally I would never use mine hoping for it to actually keep the car from rolling unless I'm on a totally level road lol.

I only use my parking brake. lol I hate leaving my car in gear and I only do it if I am on a very steep incline otherwise I use the parking break even on most hills unless they are murderous.
Yes they only lock up the rear wheels. Look at Drifting.
Chalk your front tires real good and you shouldn't have to worry.
