i'm looking at vertical doors for my 94 but there too damn expensive. Can you piece the parts together yourself to be cheaper? Its only 2 hinges and 2 shocks. has anybody tried this?

 

Go to lowes and buy yourself some hinges and strap those bad boys on there...instant lambo doors!



































LOL, to really answer your question. Yes...you can, BUT unless you know what your doing your going to end up w/ something thats not that great

They look sick, But they look like there a real pain in the *** to get out of the car with. You have to do some twisting and limbo action to get out. Just what I think from what it looks like. Also I saw a 5.0 magazine where the installed lambo doors on a 99-04 mustang. They had to but off the stock hinges with a grinder. So basicly if you dont like it, its going to be very very hard to get it perfectly back to stock. I guess its different than the fox bodies because I could just unbolt the hinges from the body but It wasnt the same.

You cant say rice. What Honda or Ricer based car came with vertical doors? I know Saleen S7's come stock with them and of course Lambo's..... There sure not ricey in my eyes.

 

Well rice or not I have personally seen a stang with lambo doors and I think it looks sick. Very nice addition. I think you should get the kit and do it.

 

Just my opinion man, all the ricers around here want them. I don't care what cars they come on stock,the only thing I think they look good on is a Lambo.
