Default Mixing oil...

I was just wondering if it's ok to mix brands of full synthetic oil.

I would not. Just buy an extra quart to top up if you have leaks or burn oil. Same as initial change.

I wouldn't mix it either but if it's a matter of driving low on oil, I'd throw anything in there.

It's not going to hurt anything.
