Default RE: rear caliper question

Had the same problem with an older modle. I had a caliper stick, replaced it just to have it stick again immediately. I called the local autozone and got after them, and they asked me to make sure it was stuck and then snap the bleeder valve open. If it squirted brake fluid everywhere, then the brake hose is bad. Guess what? He was right. It seems the inner liners of the brake hoses come apart and work as a trap door, as to not allow the fluid to return tward the master cylinder. Try it out, and see if it is the problem. The only thing that really sucks isa hose costs near as much as a caliper.

They may have got some fluid and sh-- on you rotors. Might eventually burn off, or use a brake/caliper cleaner. You will most definitely know if one sticks, there is no doubt about it.
