A friend of mine just put a MSD 6AL in my 66 coupe. It definitely helps the start-up, and I think I get a little more juice out of the engine, though I might just be convincing myself of that.
There is one rather large problem... the box squeals pretty loud all the time and the pitch changes as I accelerate. As best as we can tell, everything is hooked up right.
What's the problem?
