what is the biggest size wheel you can fit on a foxbody mustang?

 

I wouldn't go much higher than 17' rims on a Foxbody.

Bigger ones might technically "fit" but musclecars/ponycars look WRONG without adequaterubber showing. Leave the wagonwheel look to the imports & Escalades

 

so a 17x9 would look good

 

i think that he meant width wise as well.

17x9 is supposedly the biggest you can go without having to modify your wheel well. i sawa guy on here the other day that installed some 17x10.5s in the rear and he said that he had to do a lot of beating on the wheel well to make it fit.
