you can try wetsanding and buffing if they arent real real real bad. if they are than yeah touch up paint like he^ said.

If it's really deep you might have to repaint the whole area...go to a good body shop, the last thing you want is color matching issues.

Check out a product called "Quixx"...I've used it and it works on some pretty bad scratches.

is the sh.. also a clay bar would help after u use it
when u use touch up paint neaver use the brush that comes with it allways use a tooth pick
if its real bad bondo is a life saver
