I'm starting the project and need to know if I can locate and use an explorer rear rend with disc brakes set up by exchanging it with the wtock rear end. I would need to change the ratio from stock 300 to 373 for the 5.0 motor and 5 speed.
We are going to convert to full disc brake system so would this work?

dont use an explorer rear end.. get one out of a similar car, those trucks had leaf springs, so it would be easier to find a rearend that has coils... but other than that it should
