4th gear Problem

4th gear Problem
I have a 03 GT
I just added a Pypes off road X pipe. Now everyonce in a while in 4th gear the motor will not respond to the gas pedal. I can tell i am in gear because i can down shift to 4th. Just when i hit the throttle i hear the throttle body open up but that is all i hear. just seems like the motor is getting no fuel. do i need to tune the ECM??? anyone have any idea?
