Default accufab tps idle problem

I'm have a hanging idle problem.
I checked the voltage on my tps and with the Key On Engine Off it read .98, then with the engine running the tps read over 1.00 volts. The voltage also jumped around when the car was running, it would go up and down.
I used an impact wrench to remove the screws, do you think I may have damaged my tps?

I also loosened the tps screws and turned the tps counter clock wise. This helped the idle but it would still hang a little bit. Then again, unhooking the battery and resetting the computer may have helped too.

So, today I figured if turning it a little counter clock wise helped some then maybe the people who said to elongate the screw holes and turn the tps was right. So, I did that and it didn't really help.

Also, if I tap on the gas, the rpms fall to about 1500, then down to about 900 or 800 then on down to about 750 or 700.
But, if I ease on the gas pedal, the rpms hang really high. Usually, as high as I ease it, 2000 or 3000.
Its on an 03 Gt.
Thanks,
