I wired an iPod hook-up into my bottom din. That way I can just plug my iPod up to my stereo and leave it tucked in there

AustinBoston, I found what your looking for, and it doesnt have the slots for the CD's either. Its on Mustangsunlimited.com. I have a catalog they sent me, but don't have it with me atm. here's the page i found i on.

 

shoudnt an old one from like an Sn95 work? mine which was a 95 had that exactly thing you are talking about stock look on ebay

 

You should be able to get a pocket to fill the bottom hole from pretty much anywhere that sells car audio
