I didn't know how else to label this thread. I am new to the car repair/rebuild and I recently bought a 1979 Mustang Cobra. I was wondering if there is a book out there that breaks down both simple repairs and maybe also some modifications for those of us who are currently mechanically challenged. Thanks for any help.

 

My 2nd Stang was a '79 5.0 4 speed,, was a nice car.

Get a Chiltons or Haynes repair manual for your year car. They will walk you through most of the basic, & some of the advanced, repair procedures
