Rubber vacuum/supply block on passenger side
OK< so the kid I bought the car from was more of a jackweed than I thought! The 5 hole rubber block on the passenger side between the firewall and air control valve on a 93 5.0 was all messed up. So I have it routed as such:
Vacuum side IConnectorI Engine Side
Intake RED+CV-------I--I--------RED Vacuum Supply to controls
EGR BLACK----------I--I--------GREEN from EGR solenoid
Open ----------------I--I--------Open
Open------------------I--I-----White controls on pass side
From Fenderwell BLACK-----I--I-----Air bypass valve
Other lines such as PCV, FPR, heater control vacuum and accumulator lines are all correct. What, if anyting, does the white line go to? My 90 'vert was no help at all as the white line was blocked off. Ideas, etc. Diagram on car is long gone and my Haynes and Chiltons as well as the EVTM manual from FOrd served to only further confuse me. I can read a blueprint, so that's not an issue to follow a "simple" vacuum diagram.
