Why not go and get your braking system repaired and learn how to pulse a pedal.

If he is pulsing a pedal now than the abs wont work as well.

The answer to your question is "no" it isn't easy/cheap to add ABS to a car,, even to a car that had ABS available as a factory option. All the sensors & cables/hoses/electronics you'd have to graft into your car would cost a fortune.

How much do you like your car? Sell it & buy one with ABS. Seriously that's your cheapest alternative. Same recommendation applies to guys who have a V6 & wanna V8, or auto guys that wanna switch to manual
