I have a 98 mustang gt and running rich. I hit a wall because it came pre tuned and i no one wants to re tune because the ECU has been reprogrammed and is running a 03 4.6 engine. Is there any way it can be tuned without having to get a specially made programmer.

 

A dealership/shop should be able to return your stock tune for a price, or you could buy a used '98 ECU off Ebay.
