Ok, I need to know... What is the stock trans in an 02 GT? What I need to know is what sort of short throw shifter I need for my application. Thanx!

t56,pro 5.0 shifter in my opion is the best

i thought
late model (not sure exact years) gt's have the 5spd 3650 tremecs
while late model cobras/mach1 have the 6spd t56

i use a steeda tri ax shifter for a 3650 on my 04 gt
