Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum.

So anyway i found this 94 mustang GT on craigslist. It definately looks good but it does have some problems here's the link:

So what really concerns me is the syncro, I'm no good with cars so could anyone tell me what it would take to have this stuff fixed and how much it would cost? I'm assuming it's too complicated to figure out myself.
