maf and cai

I'm new to the mustang world. Just bought a 03' gt and was wondering if i put on a cai, would the mass airflow have to be changed and what would happen if i did or if i didn't?

no the factory works with the cai.

Get 50.00 ebay intake, you do a CAI for mpg, not HP
