Installed a BBK 62mm Throttle Body. EASY install. took me like 25 min. BUT i am not feeling that much of a punch. They claim 15-20 HP on the BBK site. NO WAY. unless i need to do something to reset or tune it??

any help would be great.

If it's running right, you did everything correct.
20hp is a GROSS overestimate. I'd expect anywhere from a 3-7hp gain from one of those. BBK uses the "20hp rating" for cars that are running superchargers or turbochargers; in which case 20hp might be possible.

 

I watched the VID. i did have to remove it again to set the spring. I did everything correctly. BUT i didn't have a voltage meter to check that with. But it runs and idles great.

 

Do you have a handheld tuner for that K&N CAI?
