Thumbs up heavy duty harmonic balancer??

i have a 95 mustang gt 5spd and i need a new H.B. , wheni had it looked up they listed a regular h.b. and a heavy duty h.b.
so mi question is whats the difference between the 2?

Not sure unless the H.D. one is SFI certified. Did you ask what the difference was?

will putting the heavy duty one on there be like an upgrade?

Go with the FRPP billet one. Probably the same $$ as the heavy duty they are telling you about.

i would but already got the H.D. one and im a lil short on money for the time being.

Heavy Duty are built a bit bigger, with a bigger center section and ring.
