How come no intercooler? It's about 40 to 80 RWHP depending on your setup, and it makes your engine last longer, not to mention better value.

I'm assuming you have an automatic??? Since you said park. Or did you mean e-brake up and in 1st?

If the e-brake was up, the tires wouldn't move at all.

ORIGINAL: BLOWN05GT

I worked at a Dragstrip for 4 years and my dad was the manager. So I know alot about what is a good time and what is not. What I don't know very much about is what makes the car have a good time or bad.

I know enough to know how much things cost :|

So here is what I think I need to do:

1. Have the 3:90 gears that I bought put in.
2. Get custom tune from local dyno shop.
3. Get DR on the rears.

Hopefully then I can start pulling 1.7 sec 60' times and maybe be in the low 8s to high 7s in the 1/8 mile.
The most important of all the things listed above is a good set of drags on the back will really help you with your 1.7 sec goal.

Not sure if he can pull that without Upper/lower control arms, struts, sub-frame connectors, and some stiffer coils.

Careful Blown05GT. You might need a wheelie bar .

Personally I love wheelies. I probably would race without a bar on occasionally (if I needed it).

But, I got my slow as sin sixer to deal with through college [].
