Both sides, windows do not work at switches. when I apply a ground to one side or the other at the motor connector and press the window switch they work just fine. Guessing it is a relay, but cant find it, please help.

 

after a futile search on the net, haynes manual and library, I ran a ground wire from the chasis to the ground common on switches, and all works, also the power locks now work in both directions. there was obviously a grounding issue don't know where, but this ground has worked to work around it.
