Default 92 mustang brake line question

ok so i ran all new brake lines, but now i ran the brake line to the rear, and theres a hose comminf off the pumpkin, that hose seperates and briangs a line to each drum. my question is the line i brought to the rear has to connect to that hose. The fitting on the hose is bigger than the fitting on the brake line i ran. 3/8 i belive i ran, do they make a fitting or adaptor so i can attach the two, or do i have to run another line or what?
