That car looks great, Kitzy...make sure you keep all the window stickers and documentation for that car!

I bet you're just relieved to have it delivered all in one piece!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU. You have lots to be thankful for today...

Why is everyone flipping out, saying to sue and get stuff for free? You guys must be perfect and never make mistakes. The dealer seemed to work with the buyer, and wasn't a dick to him. **** happens, He got his car and all is good. What entitles him to free stuff and money off? He could've got his deposit back if he wasn't happy and just went back when the car came in. I would be anxious to get my car to, but I would in no way blame the dealer or ever try getting free stuff.

I agree with you. The dealer was genuinely sorry for everything and as far as I could tell it was out of their hands to begin with. There isn't a whole lot they can do if the car never shows up. In the end, they contacted everyone they could and the car was found, made a high priority and delivered in a very timely manner (after it was found obviously). My only gripe with the dealer was that it took me to call them over a week after the due date before they made any effort in finding it but that's such a minor thing. The owner even went out of his way to come out, shake my hand and apologize. He wasn't happy though that I wouldn't let them wash it. He said he hates letting a vehicle go dirty. He told me if I ever do want it washed and waxed that he would personally hand wax it with the guys. Nice offer but I think I'll pass. It all worked out in the end. And I still didn't wait nearly as long as some other guys have.

Thanks for the compliments guys and I hope you had and continue to have a great Thanksgiving!

Great to see you finally got your ride!
Well, I was under the impression that your car was not two weeks delinquent, I thought it was 2 months!
Yes, 2 weeks is really not that big of a deal. But I do understand the anticipation, even 2 days feels like an eternity.

I'd be flipping out if it was 2 months late. Haha. This was more of a concern because it appeared to have vanished and no one could tell me anything.

Ah but I did. Haha. She actually called me for all the info I had so that she could call them on my behalf. She called Ford customer service and was told it was due on November 2nd (it was already closer to the 15th), call the dealer. She bypassed all salesmen and managers and went straight to the owner of the dealership. Apparently he was flipping out (not at my sister but in the direction of Ford) and said it was priority #1. The following day we had the sales manager, the owner, their Ford rep, and two other people from higher up in Ford looking for the car. It was found about four business days later. I don't know the details on where but "in Michigan." It was loaded on a train that day (Friday), arrived in Pennsylvania at the Twin Oaks rail yard Monday where it received priority treatment once again with an estimated 2-3 days delivery to the dealership. It arrived at the dealership on Wednesday morning and my driveway Wednesday evening. After my sister got involved I started receiving daily updates from the dealership even when there was no new information. They would call me just to keep me in the loop even if it was to say they didn't forget and they're still looking. And if I didn't answer my phone, my sister would receive a call.

Thank you for the compliments everyone. I need to take more pictures because I installed the Saleen grille, Roush axle back, CDC chin spoiler and AM GT500 style wheels (black/machined) today. But I feel like crap from laying on the cold ground in the rain all morning trying to get everything done so pictures to follow hopefully tomorrow.

If you think that little dusting is 'snowed like hell', you need to head North a bit.
